These Coral Bay villas are situated in a peaceful location,  on the outskirts of the popular resort of Coral Bay at the entrance to the Sea Caves area. The coastline in front of the villas and stretching along to the Sea Caves area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkeling  and popular with many local scuba diving schools. The small sandy bay of Corallia Beach is within a few minutes walk of the villas, whilst Coral Bay is a little further on.

The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are within 1.3 kilometers of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay, is only 2 kilometers away. Here you will find a chemist, several banks,  souvenir shops, supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars.

Coast/Beach

The Coast is 300m from villa it is possible to walk to the coast without crossing any roads. The coast is ideal for fishing snorkeling and scuba diving. The villa location is just a 5 minute stroll (700m) to the Blue Flag sandy Corallia Beach which is ideal for families and very popular with our guests as it is less busy than the main Coral Bay beach. The superb safe Coral Bay sandy and gently shelving beach has a beach cafe and a variety of water sports, and is approx 10 mins walk 2km.

Golf


Paphos is the new jewel golf resort of the island, with 3 courses and more under construction. The wonderful Aphrodite Hills is East of Paphos, it’s a champion standard course being par 70/71 and 6232 metres, complete with excellent on-site facilities and spa for those who don’t play golf! Secret Valley currently and 18 hole course again East of Paphos, panoramic views and is par 72 and 6120 metres, it is currently being extended to a 36 hole course! Menthis Hills, this is 20 mins away an elevated position 550 metres above sea level ensures cool breezes in the summer, its again par 72 and 6060 metres, it has been redesigned and constructed in summer 2007. Skiing

Coral Bay is approx 1 hour 30 mins from Troodos Mountains the ski season is December to March, with 10 different runs for all levels, this area is beautiful out of ski season and known for biking and hiking. Ski by morning sun bathe back at the villa by afternoon!

Special interest holidays

Due to its location it is ideal for those wanting to have a water sports holiday, there are many diving schools locally with everything from beginners courses to some superb wreck diving for the experienced diver. Most diving schools use the coast just 300m away from the Villa for the courses. Georges Ranch for those who like horse riding is a 5 minute drive. Due to the climate it is popular for both walking and cycling holidays plus the benefit of the three golf courses and skiing in winter, meaning there is something for everyone.

Transport
A car is not necessary due to the villas location, however one can be booked on request as can golf, spa treatments, horse riding, scuba diving etc. Nearest airport is Paphos which is a 40 minute drive. Larnaca is 1 hour 40 mins. The bus stop is 5 minutes down the road and runs every 10 minutes in the summer, 20 minutes in winter late into the night into Paphos and onto the Water Park. A taxi from the airport is approx 50 euros which can be arranged as can a very reliable car hire company.
