About The Rates

The Above Rates are in Euros and Great British Pounds.
Rates are per Villa per week (not per person) for daily rates divide the above rates by 7(Minimum stay 3 days).
Rates include a weekly cleaning service and a welcome grocery pack.
VAT and other taxes are all included in the above prices.
Air-Conditioning is included in the above rates.
Airport transfer and car hire are optional services which can be arranged and provided upon request
Special Rates for longer stays, Early Bookings and for Low occupancy(Less than 4 people) Please Contact us for details.

How to Book

Fill in a Booking Form to enquire about availability and/or any other information on the villa.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa rental cost is required to confirm a booking. Payments should be made by bank transfer or by Credit Card (Visa or master card only please note Credit Card Payments have a 4.5%levy).
Balance of payment is due on arrival at Sea Point Paphos Villas.

A Breakage returnable deposit of 200 Euro is required per booking.
Whilst there is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance you are strongly advised to arrange suitable cover.
